Out of Town Visitors and Parking Tickets:

Should your guest receive a ticket while driving their own vehicle, they can follow-up with parking@ottawa.ca to ask for a review of the ticket.  Depending on the circumstances, staff may be able to provide consideration to an out-of-town guest, or direct them to the appropriate route to contest their ticket if that is their wish.
