Power Savings Blitz

The Power Savings Blitz provides qualifying small businesses with up to $1,000 in free energy efficient lighting and equipment upgrades. The program provides turnkey energy efficient lighting and equipment upgrades for small commercial businesses who have less than 50kW of demand. This includes a wide range of businesses from professional dry cleaners to medical offices to beauty salons and food service businesses such as restaurants, grocery stores and butcher shops.

Program is entirely voluntary and the small business must be located in Hydro Ottawa's service territory and have a Hydro Ottawa account number.   If you receive a bi-monthly hydro bill you probably meet this requirement. 

You can verify your eligibility by going to http://gestion.webconcepteur.com/webconcepteur/web/Nedco/en/hydroottawa and typing in your 20 digit account number.
